Description
Canvas prints of the original acrylic on canvas painting called Manitou Springs by Jared Thompson are now available. All canvas types and sizes come ready to hang on the wall and they look amazing with vibrant color and a sturdy, long lasting, beautiful design.
“I created this painting originally as a volunteer project. After spending 100 hours creating this artwork by hand on canvas with pencils, brushes and acrylic paint, I donated the image of the piece to the Manitou Springs Heritage Center. The artwork was turned into a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle. The puzzles were sold to raise funds for our town’s Manitou Springs Heritage Center over the following few years. I now have canvas prints available to ship to you on my website and at Etsy.” ~ Jared Thompson | Manitou Creative Artist
PRINT / MATERIAL OPTIONS:
Canvas Prints have a three-quarter-inch gallery-wrapped printed edge. The canvas is delivered with a metal sawtooth hanger already centered and firmly installed for easy and secure hanging on a nail or screw. The prints are water-based HP latex inks that are hazard-free, nickel-free, and have no HAPs. The canvas material is a polyester spun yarn with a semi-gloss surface. Altogether, the unique construction and print process provides superior color gamut and resolution for an art product that is durable and resistant to most scratches, smudges, and fingerprints. The canvas is hand-stretched and firmly attached over a sturdy frame.
Giclée Canvas Prints are a truly exceptional image quality for canvas printing. These fine art canvases are created with a giclée printer on a 65% / 35% poly-cotton canvas blend that is water-resistant and acid-free with a pH-neutral coating, achieving better than 300% ink coverage. The canvas is hand-stretched over a robust 1.5-inch thick wooden frame. The canvas comes ready to hang on the wall with a strong wire hanger for easy installation on a nail, screw, or hook in the wall. These are truly lifetime-quality fine art canvases and framework.
